The Meike MK 6.5mm f/2 Circular Fisheye lens
Comic Con display in Albuquerque, NM
The Meike MK 6.5mm f/2 Circular Fisheye lens is sharp, small, well built and cost effective.
When I purchased mine it ran about $140 on Amazon for the E-Mount version.
It gives me an almost full circle on the APS models — I use it on an a6500. You can see the slight crop on the image above at top and bottom.
I particularly like it on the smaller Sony bodies as its small size fits well with the small bodies.
When I use it on one of my full frame Sony bodies, it gives me a total circle.
It's a manual focus lens and one of the things I really like about it is how close it will focus, particularly when you stop it way down.
I also like its very tasty sun stars with very defined points.
I use two fisheyes when I'm in the mood for distorted, circular images; a Sunez and the Meike.
Below of some of the images I've taken with the Meike lens.
